Scarlett Peach PMU Ltd operates on a strict appointment only basis. Therefore we have put into place a policy that is firm but fair.

Appointment Policy

When booking your treatment, we require that a percentage of your treatment cost is paid as a deposit to secure you chosen date and time.

Deposits are then subtracted from your treatment cost on the day of service.

Appointments can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to procedure and deposits will be refunded. This is done automatically through the secure booking website and can take 3 - 5 business days to return to your original payment source.

If appointment is rescheduled prior to 48 hours before the treatment date and time, the deposit will be transferred to the new appointment.

In the case of giving less than 48 hours notice the deposit will be forfeited to cover loss of earnings as we are unable to fill the appointment within this short period of time.

Any No Show appointments and cancelations after the 48 hour buffer will also be non refundable.

In the case of appointments being rescheduled, if this is done more than three times, the appointment will be cancelled and deposit will be automatically returned. This again can take 3-5 business days as will be processed through the secure online system.

Free Top Up  Policy

Each permanent make up treatment we offer will have a free top up session added.

We offer a free top up on your initial treatment 4 -6 weeks after your initial appointment and this will be scheduled at the end of your first treatment.

This cannot be rescheduled more than once, but must still be in the 4 -6 week time frame.

If you wish to cancel your top up treatment please let me know as soon as possible.

As this is a free service, no refunds will be given on the initial service.

If you wish to have a top up outside of your 4 - 6 top up allowance time, this will incur further fees to be charged.

Time Keeping Policy

When booking your appointment you are able to chose a time and date to suit you personally.

We understand that life throws a curveball at us now and again, but as we are trying to maintain a high standard of customer service to each customer, we must insist that you keep to your allotted appointment time.

If you are more than 20 minutes late for your appointment, your service may be cancelled and your deposit will be non refundable. This is because a specific amount of time is allocated for the service you have chosen, and in this case the treatment may not be completed within the remaining time left of your appointment.

Lateness can also have a knock on effect for other customers and appointments in the business diary.

Patch Test
Policy

Prior to any permanent makeup treatment a Patch Test must be performed.

This is to ensure, that you as the client, are not allergic to any of the pigments or essentials needed to carry out your treatment.

If you have a reaction to the patch test, please seek medical advice immediately and inform me as soon as possible.

Guarentee
Policy

At consultation, you are able to discuss the desired outcome of the treatment.

Scarlett Peach PMU Ltd can advise and assist in helping to achieve these results, but cannot 100% guarantee that the outcome of your treatment will be fully what a client has in mind. This is due to many other factors involved, such as but not limited to, genetics, lifestyle, medications, actions of clients, aftercare.

Therefore once client consultation forms have been filled in, discussed and signed, and pre draw has been given approval, you release Scarlett Peach PMU Ltd of any liability on the outcome of your treatment.

Please Note : Refunds will not be issued. Time and products are used in every single treatment we offer.

Clinic
Policy

When booking your appointment, please be aware that all appointments are strictly on a 1:1 basis.

Please do not bring any friends or family members with you to your appointment as they will be turned away.

As the clinic is only small, we cannot cater to have another person/s in the room.

​

Parking is available and is free. You are able to park outside the clinic on the road, or on the driveway. Scarlett Peach PMU Ltd will not accept any liability for damage, loss or theft of your vehicle and/or any personal belongings whilst you are on the premises.

We have a strict NO SMOKING and NO EATING policy in place. 

​

Alcohol & Drugs
Policy

Scarlett Peach PMU Ltd will NOT treat a client that she believes to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

If Scarlett Peach PMU Ltd has reason to believe that you as a client are under any influences, then she will cancel the appointment and your deposit will be forfeited to cover loss of earnings.

Equality and Diversity
Policy

Scarlett Peach PMU Ltd is happy to treat everyone, regardless of gender, race, religion, sexuality providing you are over the legal age of 18 years old.

Anyone under the age of 18 years old will not be treated. Proof of age may be requested.

Any offensive language or hate will not be tolerated and if this happens the appointment will be cancelled with immediate effect, regardless if treatment is finished or not.

Scarlett Peach PMU Ltd is proud to offer a safe space to everyone regardless of circumstances.

Complaints

Scarlett Peach PMU Ltd endeavours to make your customer experience enjoyable, however, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your chosen treatment, please email Scarlett at scarlettpeachpmu@outlook.com with your query with as much information as possible and photos.

Scarlett will respond to you within 5 business days.

Scarlett Peach PMU Ltd will only speak directly to the client or a legal representative. Any other person will not be responded to.

Refunds will not be issued, as time and valuable products are used in every single treatment.
